The Crossing Company recently kicked off its 10th consecutive Safety Stand Down from January 20-27th, 2015 as part of our continued commitment to safety within our organization.
Our North American executive team visited active worksites during the stand down to reinforce the importance of a strong safety culture. A strong safety culture means continually improving safe habits and taking the extra time to look out for each other and to work as a team towards an incident free workplace.
We understand the value that a strong safety culture brings and will maintain a leadership role in developing and improving equipment, programs and attitudes. Stand Down Week is another great opportunity to visit all of our rigs, to connect with our employees, and to make sure everyone understands the importance that The Crossing Company places on safety. The feedback we receive from our field team is essential in improving our safety program and guaranteeing its relevance.
